Day 22.

It may seem simple, but making chocolate chip cookies.
Yes, I can bake some things, but these darn things just never come out like I want them to and really are based off my mood. (happy=prettier cookies; sad/mad= sad cookie goop).

I have found one that I can make consistently, but they aren't my favorite. The taste is good, but I'm still lacking in texture.

I found a recipe for these cookies and they look perfect to me so I'll have to try it out.

I should have put 'running' for today, but who wants to look at some fit person running (because there are NO pictures of me doing it).

Meh, I'd rather look at cookies.

Well, if we hadn't married in the winter we would have loved an Alaskan cruise...but this is where we ended up! (not too shabby, either.)

Well the top two and the bottom left is the bedroom and then the bottom right is my awesome walk-in closet/our storage room.

So, in all the hustle and bustle of the wedding, we forgot to get a whole wedding party group shot. Spencer got one with the guys and gals...but no luck for me. (So, make sure to give a list to your photographer! I have someone to blame...but I won't).

Anyway, I was real bummed that we didn't have a whole group shot. So I had to work with what I have on this dinosaur computer. I don't think it's too bad...haha...considering all I had was Paint! So, when I get a fast computer - or at least one that won't break down trying to run Photoshop - we'll try this again.




Until then, it's not too bad...right?

What I love Wednesday: 2.

1. Boots. Belts. Big curls. Basically, I want to be as cute as her.
2. Cake plates. So versatile. So many different looks. I love the color on this one.
3. This dress from JC Penney. (which I may have bought...whoops!) I wish I had a summer wedding so this could be my dress. But since I was not feeling like hot stuff on the actual day, this dress will be worn in warmer weather when we can have an on-site photo shoot somewhere pretty.
And now I have a new Easter dress. Bazinga!
4. Swirls + wrought iron. These make me want a garden. Or at least a bistro or something. They are darling. They can be found here.

Well, that is me today.

I represent Target today, hopefully well.
The locket is from F21 though, and I'm not sure where I got the bracelet - I've had it forever.
